Machacado a la Mexicana (2 Servings)
Ingredients:
2 oz Machacado 2 tbsp. Bell Pepper or Hot Jalapenos
1/2 Chopped Tomato 4 Eggs
2 tbsp. Onion Vegetable Oil

In medium frying pan:
On medium heat, fry tomato, onion, and peppers with oil for about two minutes.
Add Machacado and fry for no more that a minute.
Add eggs.

Notes: Do not over cook Machacado.
Add a side of beans or what you desire.
